Loan Officer responsibilites include:
1. Developing business by establishing relationships throughout the community with Realtors, Builders, home buyers and other professionals.
2. Analyzing the customers income, assets, investments, and debt.
3. Facilitating & communicating with processor from loan application to loan closing.
This position is 100% commission. Our company has the most aggressive commissions split, best in the industry.
